Return or Exchange

To ensure you receive quality Kalm Aroma products, all orders are thoroughly inspected and properly packaged for delivery before we hand them over to our delivery partner. 

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, and in the same condition and original packaging the item was received. The damaged item must also be returned via registered post/ trackable shipping method within 14 days of receipt.
